Josie Mayo

Growing up between Casino and Broadwater, Josie has a strong connection to the Northern Rivers community and a genuine passion for real estate.

Currently studying her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, Josie is working towards building a successful career in the industry.
With a Certificate III in agriculture and a background in farming and retail sales, she brings strong communication, customer service, and people skills to the team.

In her role, Josie supports our agents, assists with day-to-day operations and is often the friendly first point of contact for our clients.

Outside of work, Josie spends her time playing sport and spending time with friends, family, and her animals.
